This week the U.S. House of Representatives passed eight bills to help our veterans and reform the Veterans Administration (VA). Congressman Bill Flores issued the following statement regarding passage of the bills:

"Our nation's veterans have given so much to protect our freedoms and liberties. They deserve to know that their health care and benefits are in good hands. This week, the House passed several bills to help our veterans and put the VA on a path to permanent success. I remain committed to working with my fellow House colleagues to create a 21st century VA that improves access to high-quality care and puts the care of our nation's veterans first. With Memorial Day approaching, it is fitting that the House works to honor the commitments made to our military men and women."
